Choose an available date and time in the calendar and we confirm it by phone. You pay at the venue.

On the day, the host welcomes everyone, rotates the games and leads the party from start to finish. You simply enjoy it.
The real programme
What actually happens at the party
The host does more than start the headsets. They organise the group, adapt the activities and keep the energy balanced from the welcome to the final photo.

Welcome and a quick plan
Arrive about five minutes early. The host meets the birthday child, checks the plan with the parent and explains the venue and safety rules to the group.

Games chosen around the children
Children are not locked into one activity. They can choose and change games, while the host recommends suitable options for their age, confidence and interests.
- 03
Rotations across the venue
The host splits and rotates the group between VR, shared-reality fields, the arena and console activities so the programme keeps moving.
- 04
LabCoin challenges or more free play
The parent chooses competitive LabCoin games, gifts for everyone or extra free-play time. The programme is adjusted before the party.

Cake, photos and a clear finish
Cake and food are arranged according to the selected time slot and the agreed party format. Food is paid separately.

Activities for every kind of player
Free-roam arena
A free-roam field for 2–6 players who walk, aim and work together physically.
No-headset activities
The Aura Inator boxing machine, giant modified Jenga, consoles and other breaks between rounds.
The host adapts, not forces
Confident players can move to tactical missions and tournaments. Beginners get a calm explanation and an easier first game. Anyone who does not want a headset can switch to consoles or another no-headset activity.
